Free to Kill iks a mod for Max Payne 2: The Fall Of Max Payne, created by Znakemaster. It’s altered version of an older project by ThoRCX.
Description:
Free to Kill is very GTA inspired mod in which you can free roam, buy weapons and do missions. The level Free to Kill was my reason for making this version of the mod. The mod also includes 2 Subway Station levels, 1 original and 1 Subway survival level based on the Max Payne 1 subway.
I really enjoyed the original mod when i played it, however all the ingame text in the main level Free to Kill was in French. So i decided to translate all the text dialog and prompts to English.
In addition i've toned down slightly how much ammo you can have with you on all weapons.
Changed infinite slowmotion to 18 seconds with 95 seconds regen, but slowmotion is now slowed down slightly more than before to even it out.
Free to Kill dispensary now gives 2 painkillers instead of 1.

Place FreeTK_zm.mp2m into your max payne install folder and choose it from the dropdown box before starting the game.
