The recently released Dune: Awakening has attracted crowds of players. Many people give the title very positive reviews, praising various elements of the gameplay... except for one. Some annoying moments included fighting against ornithopters in PvP mode.

A Reddit user named Bombe18 shared a situation where other players are attacking him with flying machines, and he can't fight back. In the game, there is no weapon that allows you to shoot down ornithopters or even damage them.

As a result, this type of confrontation somewhat resembles Mario jumping on Goombas. The studio commented on this material and assured that they are working on the quickest solution to this problem (via GameStar).

The user suggested two ways to fairly handle the situation - either including damage to ornithopters when they "fall" on the player, or completely removing that option. How will Funcom solve this? We need to wait for the update.

Right now, Dune: Awakening has nearly 27,000 user reviews on Steam, with 85% of them being positive. Less than a week after its release, over 100,000 people are regularly playing the game. The record for simultaneously active players in an MMO is 189,333 players.
