Ghost of Yotei received official release date. Ghost of Tsushima sequel will launch in October
Sony has finally revealed the release date of Ghost of Yotei for PlayStation 5. The sequel to Ghost of Tsushima won't be released until the fall.

The sequel to Ghost of Tsushima has a release date. Sucker Punch Productions studio released a new trailer for Ghost of Yotei, which brings us closer to the plot of the upcoming title.
The story begins with the attack of the Yotei Six, a gang of outlaws who killed Atsu's entire family, except for her. Many years later, the protagonist, stronger, experienced, and armed with a sword that was supposed to seal her death, returns to her homeland with one goal: to avenge her loved ones.
The release date has been set for October 2, 2025. Of course, on PS5, as the release for PCs hasn't been confirmed yet by the developer or Sony Interactive Entertainment.
The trailer also showcased a fragment of gameplay, which is set to develop the scheme loved by players in Ghost of Tsushima. Apart from the mentioned Six, the area around the titular mountain will be filled with other types of opponents and sword masters who can teach Atsu new skills. The player will decide where to go and whose trail to follow.
Sony also revealed the game's cover, bonuses for pre-ordering (this option will be available from May 2), the contents of the deluxe edition (with digital extras), and prices: $69.99 for the Standard edition and $79.99 for the Deluxe version. The fans of the series may also consider purchasing the collector's edition, which supplements in-game bonuses with physical items such as a map, a decorative mask, and a pouch.
