Project Triangle Strategy, the latest work of Square Enix directed by Tomoya Asano (whose works include Octopath Traveler, the Bravely series, as well as the remakes of Final Fantasy III and IV), is coming to Switch. During an interview with Game Live Japan, Asano revealed how long it will take to complete the title.
If you were hoping for a long and complex game, you'll be pleased. Project Triangle Strategy will offer several endings, and the time required to complete the game will be around 50 hours, although this is still subject to change, according to Asano.
"We want the game to have several endings. As for the time it takes to complete it, we're aiming for around 50 hours at this point, same as with previous projects. The problem may be that we usually miss such targets."
If Project Triangle Strategy (which is a working title and may change) seems interesting to you, we remind that you can find a demo in the eShop to check the early version in action. Player feedback has been rather positive, so fans of sRPGs from Japan should be pleased.
The game will go on sale in 2022 on the Nintendo Switch console.
