Windows 11 is the new incarnation of Microsoft's operating system. It was unveiled at a live conference. A new start menu, taskbar, widgets and an integrated Xbox app are its key features. Its release is expected to take place this fall. The system will be offered with new computers, and also as a free update for Windows 10 users. However, before taking advantage of such an option, it is worth checking the system requirements:
- 64-bit dual-core CPU clocked at min. 1 GHz;
- 4 GB RAM;
- 64 GB hard drive;
- Secure Boot, UEFI and TPM 2.0;
- Screen resolution of 1366x768 (diagonal 9 inches);
- DirectX 12 compatible GPU.

You can check whether your computer or system meets the requirements of Windows 11 thanks to a dedicated Microsoft application, available here. Just download and install it.
